Transportation expenses

The transport costs will depend on the delivery area, the weight and the amount of your order. When registering on our website you must choose the shipping area that corresponds to the delivery address among these:

•mainland Spain

•Balearics

• Canaries

•Ceuta and melilla

•Italy

•Portugal

•France, Germany

When you place an order, the program will calculate the corresponding transportation costs.

Product availability.

Most of the products that appear on our website are available in our warehouse. If any reference is missing, we will contact you to inform you of the approximate delivery time and ask for your agreement. Once informed, the client may choose between maintaining the order or proceeding to cancel it and refund the amount if the payment has already been made.

The receipt of the order

The delivery of the order is made within the usual delivery hours of the transport agencies. To facilitate delivery, we recommend that the customer take this into account when providing us with a delivery address. If it is difficult for you to receive it at home, it can also be delivered at work, to a relative, a store you trust, etc. The client can indicate a certain day of delivery. You can also suggest a certain delivery time, without this implying a commitment to comply with the agency.

If the client receives a broken or damaged package or has any suspicion that the merchandise may have suffered any damage, he must indicate this clearly on the delivery sheet that the carrier will give him. If you can't review it or have questions about the content, put "Pending review." In the event of suffering any damage that is due to transport, you will have to contact the agency to report the incident as soon as possible and, likewise, inform Grupo flora y fauna SLU  as soon as possible at +34954022235. Always within 24 hours from the reception of the package so that the shipping insurance is effective and we can solve the incident as quickly as possible.

Transport insurance.

When you place an order you must receive it in perfect condition. If not, we guarantee the replacement of the product at no cost to you.

Right of return.

In accordance with current legislation on electronic commerce, the customer has the right to return their purchase within a period of 14 business days from receipt of the order. The products must be returned in their original packaging and without having been manipulated or used. The customer must assume the cost of the return and the shipping made. This amount will be deducted from the value of the returned product.

Shipping conditions for countries of the European Community.

The shipment will be made by the international transport company GLS.

The transit time for delivery will be from 2 to 4 business days depending on the destination population.

The cash on delivery payment option for shipments to Europe is not supported.

You can track the shipment, we will send you notification and tracking number by e-mail.

Shipments to Europe are subject to weight and/or volume restrictions (maximum measurements of each package must be less than 120 cm and less than 40 kg), so some very heavy or bulky orders cannot be sent under these conditions. When this happens we will contact you to assess other possibilities.
